Venator Human Performance is a training program that calibrates to the unique physiological needs of individual athletes through the use of fitness. Using fitness as the proxy to teach the human performance course material, clients are taught exercise intensity variations, breathing techniques to help with stress management, meal timing, proper sleep habits, along with other mitigation strategies.
Why do we use fitness as the proxy? With the stresses of life, our biorhythms start to become desynchronized. By using fitness, we work on resynchronizing our client's biorhythms with focuses on breathing patterns, workout intensity, and exercise selection. These learned methods can be integrated into everyday life.
Each session is structured within the following format:
- Specific dynamic warm up based on the workout and needs of each client
-Detailed movement instruction
-Customized workout ranging from 20-30 minutes.
-Decompression session to return muscles to their natural resting length
