Individual Personal Training

Individualized training is for the clients seeking to take their training to the next level! This package consists of individualized training sessions with a human performance coach. This means customized fitness training programs to address the needs of the client to achieve their goals!
Written Monthly Programs
For the individual who has access to weights and equipment, but needs guidance in programming. Venator HP is happy to write programs to help attain your goals. Using specific questions to help guide the design of the programming that are asked during the consultation, Venator will write you a program and provide video breakdowns for each movement!
